Drew Barrymore Rushes to the Dentist

I am not sure what is going on in this picture of Drew Barrymore. The talented actress is on the set of her current film Grey Gardens.

It looks to me like she has tied her mouth shut and is making a mad dash to the nearest dentist. The film is being shot in Uxbridge, Ontario.
